OUR PURPOSE
Why did we create Faces of Mallorca?

We wanted to share the real Mallorca -
through meeting the locals and telling their stories.
​
At a time when we are all seeking to re-boost tourism to the island,
Faces of Mallorca is an authentic, positive and uplifting celebration of local life,
​​
It is a beautiful photo portrait book that features locals from
the island and a handful of Spanish people who have made Mallorca their home.
​
It authentically captures people’s hopes, dreams and aspirations.
Our intention with the book is to preserve and showcase the diverse
culture and the rich heritage of the past and to show how its people are
adapting to a bright new future.

We showcase the hidden faces of this beautiful island that tourists
and visitors would not normally see.

It is a timeless piece.

ABOUT US
We are two friends from the UK and Germany who both ended up being based in Mallorca quite by accident.
As outsiders, we fell in love with Mallorca and made it our home.
We were driven by a passion to understand Mallorca
and what makes its people so special.
Many of the people we met left us with a feeling
of happiness and positive energy.
We hope that some of these personalities
might be as inspiring to you as they were to us.
